We're seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Estimated Salary: £8.60 - £11.44 per hour (dependent on age), plus mileage, travel/waiting time, and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Carry out everyday tasks such as cooking, light housework, and accompanying clients on outings
- Provide companionship and well-being support to help clients maintain their independence
- Work collaboratively with the client's existing care network to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths qualifications
- Good communication and organisational skills
