Salary Information
The salary for this role starts at £11.50 per hour from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings & weekends, and £25.60 on Bank Holidays. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will also receive mileage, travel/waiting time, and enjoy a paid day off on your birthday.
About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of personal care, such as washing/bathing, dressing, and helping with everyday tasks like cooking and light housework. You will also accompany clients on outings, provide companionship, and help them stay happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
Qualifications & Skills
We welcome applicants who have experience in a care role, but full training is provided. Whether you're looking for a rewarding career change or want to continue working in a field you love, we'll support you every step of the way. You'll benefit from our comprehensive training program, which includes certification in Alzheimer's, Dementia care, and Parkinson's disease.
