Elderly Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Patient Care Specialist to join our team at the University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing care to elderly patients and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining dignity and respect for all patients.
A salary of £20,175 - £23,165 per annum (Band 2) is available for this full-time position, which includes flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and dedicated team.
In addition to your clinical experience and skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to trust policies and procedures.
