Job Title: Experienced Nurse Leader OpportunityAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a senior clinical leader. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high standards of care, managing teams, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and experience in a nursing home setting, focusing on elderly service users with various general nursing needs.
  • Create and implement person-centred-care plans, ensuring tailored support for each individual's unique requirements.
  • Accurately maintain accurate records, administering medication, monitoring, and assessing the needs of residents.
  • Lead a team of carers, providing guidance, mentoring, and developing their skills to enhance overall care quality.
Requirements:
  • Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN), with a clean DBS and good references.
  • Strong clinical skills, knowledge of core care standards, and ability to work within a nursing home environment.
  • Ideal experience in a nursing home background, with exceptional standards, and a willingness to put resident care at the forefront.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, commitment to nursing, and evidence of strong personal standards.
  • Experience caring for individuals with dementia is desirable.
