Community Care Support Worker

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated Community Care Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals in the local community.
The estimated salary for this role is £12 per hour, with options to work as many or as few hours as wanted. The job includes flexibility in shift times, with basic shifts from 0700-1300 and/or 1600-2100, and the possibility of working alternate weekends.
As a Community Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals, enhancing their quality of life and promoting a strong work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in your local community and develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are caring in nature and have a sense of humour, we can provide training for the role. Availability to work some weekends is required, but we can accommodate other day shifts to suit your availability.
