Salary
This role comes with a strong base salary of £60,000 per annum, complemented by a substantial performance-based annual bonus. Job Description
This position involves delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice. You will be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, build the pharmacy capability of store teams, conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety, and deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI). You should demonstrate high levels of professional expertise, possess a passion for community pharmacy, show a collaborative approach with a team-centered mindset, have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services provisions, and be an effective communicator.
