Job Description

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a positive difference in the lives of others. Your primary responsibility will be to provide listening support to individuals contacting our helpline service.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to empathize with others. A commitment to ongoing training and development is also essential.
