Learning Support Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Supporting Learning: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment by supporting students in developing confidence, resilience, and essential skills.
- Classroom Preparation: Assist in setting up resources and organizing the classroom to promote inclusivity and structure.
- Progress Monitoring: Work closely with teachers to monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational or SEND setting, is preferred.
- Commitment to Inclusion: You must be dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all students and promoting a culture of inclusion within the school community.
