We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Empowering Learning, a vibrant SEN School. As an Adaptive Sports Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering inclusive sports programmes tailored to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About Our SEN School
Our school is a supportive and inclusive learning environment committed to empowering students with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere where students can grow academically and personally.

The Job Requirements
This role requires a highly motivated and organized Sports Coach who can work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that the sports programme meets the individual needs of each student. You will need to deliver high-quality sports sessions that promote inclusivity and accessibility, taking into account the unique requirements of each child.

Requirements for the Position
- Relevant sports coaching qualification
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an SEN or educational setting
- Strong understanding of adaptive sports and inclusive teaching techniques
- Safeguarding knowledge and a DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Competitive salary and benefits package

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
