**Job Title:** Sports Coach Professional
**Location:** Failsworth / Oldham
We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to join our team at Empowering Learning, a vibrant Special Educational Needs (SEN) School. As a Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering inclusive sports sessions tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
**Job Description:
- Deliver adaptive sports programs that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure sports programs align with individual education plans (EHCPs).
- Promote physical well-being, teamwork, and positive social interactions among students.
**Requirements:
- A relevant sports coaching qualification.
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of adaptive sports and inclusive teaching techniques.
- Patience, creativity, and a commitment to nurturing each student's potential.
- Safeguarding knowledge and a DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
