Back of House Team Member Opportunity

Job Overview:

At German Doner Kebab, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, always putting our guests first.
  2. Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  3. Achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
  4. Work to brand standards for food and operations with the focus on the guest experience as the top priority.
  5. Effectively communicate with other team members to complete duties and responsibilities within your role.
  6. Help and support the development of other team members through supporting, training, and coaching.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Ensure appropriate portion and quality control.
  2. Consistently monitor food levels within the kitchen.
  3. Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  5. Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including helping with pot wash and having a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  6. Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
