The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports education and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful applicant will assist teachers in delivering PE and outdoor activities, horticulture, and class excursions, as well as providing tailored support for students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging sports programs for students with SEN
  • Provide individualized support for students with complex needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with planning and executing group sessions and excursions
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Sports Coach who has:

  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • A teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
