Senior Residential Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in West Kilbride. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management of day-to-day operations within our services. You will be responsible for assisting with the engagement in and management of each child's plan, ensuring their individual needs are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
