Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within our residential services, including the engagement in and management of each child's plan.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our residential services.
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan to ensure their individual needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
