Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Ipswich, responsible for leading and managing our service to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our service users, focusing on providing tailored, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing plans to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets and costs to achieve financial goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, staff costs, and non-staff expenditure to achieve optimal financial performance.
