**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Relationship-Based Social Work Professional to join our team in Surrey, working within the Childrens Services department. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality relationship-based social work to children and families under Surreys Safeguarding Children Boards Family Resilience framework.
  • Assess children and families holistically, identifying risks and strengths to develop SMART plans.
  • Work with children subject to child protection plans, children in need, and looked-after children, ensuring their voices inform their care.

**Requirements:**

  • Professional social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE).

**Salary and Benefits:**
