Human Resources Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to management teams on employee relations issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment activity for the Group, including advertising and shortlisting candidates.
  • Work autonomously to meet deadlines and travel throughout the UK as required.
  • Hold a relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Have proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources function.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
