About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management teams on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with our company's values and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of delivering HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other HR software.
