About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management teams on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with our company's values and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other HR software.
