Park's Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop the HR function and deliver strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support and advise management teams on employee relations issues and facilitate meetings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Manage recruitment activity for the Group and ensure efficient processes.
  • Work autonomously to meet deadlines and travel throughout the UK as necessary.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or have relevant experience.
  • Have proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources function and a background in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
