Talent Management Consultant Required

Location : Hamilton
Salary : DOE

We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for a qualified individual to become part of our Human Resources Division at Park's Motor Group.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets related to the Human Resources domain. You will be an innovative and proactive professional capable of fostering enduring relationships with our key stakeholders and the current HR team. If you are a driven individual who can motivate our personnel to achieve successful results in critical areas of our organization, we would be eager to connect with you.

The suitable candidate will:

Collaborate with our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Consultant to enhance the HR function to meet strategic long-term goals for the Company. Communicate effectively at all levels while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide support and guidance to our management teams on an as-needed basis to address various employee relations matters and facilitate necessary meetings. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations. Gather, oversee, and advance all recruitment initiatives for the Group. Operate independently under fast-paced and challenging deadlines. Be open to travel throughout the UK. Hold the relevant CIPD qualification or possess equivalent experience. Demonstrate strong IT skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A background in the Automotive sector would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

The right candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience within a Human Resources capacity.
