We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce development. You will be a dynamic and forward-thinking professional able to build strong relationships with our key stakeholders and existing HR team.

The right person will:

  • Work closely with our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide expert advice and support to our management teams on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR policies, practices, and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Oversee all recruitment activity for the Group, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Work autonomously to meet challenging deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the UK to support business needs.
  • Hold a relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • A background in the Automotive industry is desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources function, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business outcomes.
