Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Park's and partnering manufacturers' products
  • Keep dealership staff up-to-date with the latest product information
  • Use product expertise to assist customers in a non-pressured environment
  • Support marketing activity through digital and social media platforms
  • Actively learn and share expertise with customers using available resources
  • Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent
  • Plan and deliver test drive experiences for customers
  • Assist with customer handovers and demonstrate new vehicle features
