Ecommerce Specialist Role

The main objective of this position is to ensure the website is fully functional, with accurate and up-to-date stock displayed, and to process sales through the back office. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company's social media marketing strategy and increasing their follower count and engagement across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the back office function of the website, uploading product images and details.
  • Handle online chatbot enquiries and process online sales orders.
  • Update all available stock on the website.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in content creation and social media marketing.
  • Previous experience with online shopping platforms, such as Woocommerce and Shopify.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
