Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and be looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.

The role involves planning and running interventions for small groups of pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. As a Primary Intervention Tutor, you will work alongside qualified SEN professionals, Speech and Language Therapists, and Educational Psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering interventions for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Working closely with teaching staff to support pupil progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on pupil progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field (2:1 or higher)
  • Previous experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
  • Possession of a clean Enhanced DBS check
