Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team in Billericay. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people who are not attending school.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and the ability to create engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs. They will work closely with our team to monitor progress and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized education plans for pupils
  • Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve effective learning outcomes

Requirements:

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months' experience working in a UK school
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
  • Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service
  • Two professional child-related references covering the last two years
