At VPss, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies for our telematics and fleet CCTV technology supplier clients. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and expertise, our clients are looking for a tenacious, high achiever with experience from within the telematics / Fleet Management industry who has a proven track record of success in high-level sales and business generation.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fleet management industry and its trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a strategic thinker with a focus on long-term sales growth.

Our client offers a competitive salary base, strong commission structure, car or car allowance, and multiple company benefits. The successful candidate will need to be located somewhere with access to major motorway routes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fleet management or technology sales to enterprises
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the fleet management industry and its trends
  • Results-driven and motivated by sales targets and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
