Support Worker for Residents

HC-One care home is currently seeking a qualified Support Worker for Residents to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
As a Support Worker for Residents, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse to provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and assistance with meals.
You will also contribute to overall care home activities, ensuring residents' dignity and individuality are maintained.
About You- Enhanced DBS/PVG certification required
