Dementia Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Dementia Support Worker to join our dedicated team at HC One. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care services to our residents.
About the Position:- As a Dementia Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored care services to individuals living with dementia.
- Design and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting trust and confidence.
- Develop and lead activities that cater to residents' interests and abilities.
- Completion of a relevant diploma or degree in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience in caring for individuals with dementia and developing person-centered care plans.
- The hourly rate for this position is approximately €19 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Free uniform and meal during shifts of eight hours or more.
