About the Role

PRIME LIFE LIMITED is looking for a qualified Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide respectful and dignified support to residents with various needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. You will also be expected to promote resident independence, encourage participation in daily activities, and work collaboratively with others to develop individualized care plans.

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £11.67 to £12.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including fully funded DBS and comprehensive holiday pay.
