One Consultancy Group Conveyancing Solicitors are accredited for quality conveyancing and offer a highly personal and professional service to clients. Our clients find us friendly and approachable, and we pride ourselves on communication and helping our home-owner clients enjoy a stress-free move as possible. We are now looking for a Residential Property Transaction Coordinator to support our conveyancing paralegals with residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction. Strong administrative skills, including file management and data entry, are also essential. You will work closely with our conveyancing paralegals to ensure all legal requirements and service levels are met. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, the ability to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave each year, and enrolment into the One Consultancy Group Employee Bonus Scheme. Further training and progression are available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy, fast-paced conveyancing department and possess strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach. Commercial awareness and the ability to keep up to date with business and industry news are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software is required, and training will be provided for the right candidate.
