About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting our conveyancing paralegals with residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure all legal requirements and service levels are met. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in conveyancing and work alongside a highly experienced team.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, including file management and data entry. You will also have excellent communication skills, able to liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction. We offer a culture of teamwork and high performance with a strong focus on client care and satisfaction. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

We offer a competitive package, including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the ability to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave each year. You will also be enrolled into the One Consultancy Group Employee Bonus Scheme. Further training and progression are available for the right candidate.

This role would suit someone with experience working within a busy, fast-paced conveyancing department. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach are essential, as well as commercial awareness and the ability to keep up to date with business and industry news. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
