Responsibilities

  • Support the Reward team in delivering the year-end compensation review process for PAM and PAA
  • Conduct analysis for the year-end compensation review process as required
  • Manage ownership of the year-end reporting dashboards
  • Maintain compensation-related data in the compensation system (beqom)
  • Administer PAM's and PAA's short and long-term incentives as required
  • Assist with the administration of the UK benefits plans as required
  • Assist with the UK monthly payroll
  • Support the quarterly accruals/budgeting process for PAM
  • Manage the submission of annual market data surveys and maintain the internal cartography in beqom for PAM and PAA
  • Analyse and interpret market data survey results as required
  • Support the administration of relevant remuneration regulation requirements
  • Assist with the annual remuneration audits
  • Undertake analysis and presentation of data in line with the current reward agenda for PAM and PAA
  • Manage Headcount dashboards and HR reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reward and/or payroll function is desirable, preferably gained within financial services
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and experience of using different compensation systems
  • Experience with SAP/ADP payroll helpful but not essential
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work alone, manage own workload effectively, and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline-focused, and good organisational skills
