Job Summary

The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the Executive Compensation team on all matters related to executive compensation, including regulatory reporting, remuneration disclosures, and remuneration governance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review regulatory submissions, including reports and filings with regulatory bodies.
  • Determine the Material Risk Taker population and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and review public remuneration disclosures, including proxy statements and other regulatory filings.
  • Draft responses to regulatory queries and ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare materials for remuneration committee meetings and provide expert advice on executive compensation matters.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required to respond to changes in remuneration rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in the Firmwide Compensation team and other departments, including Equity Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Controllers, Legal, and Tax.

Requirements

  • Circa 1-3 years' experience in reward, compensation, or tax, ideally within a Financial or Professional Services environment.
  • Awareness of Executive Compensation practices and European remuneration regulations would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review current processes and data, detect and correct errors, and take responsibility for data quality.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and consider requirements of Firmwide functions, divisions, and regions.
  • Client service focus, notable responsiveness, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Good judgment, with the ability to know when to escalate an issue and be flexible.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
