Job Description:

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solutions Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to our aligned vendors, working closely with other Solutions Engineers and Architects, as well as commercial teams, to support partner and customer activities within the networking and security field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness and understanding of current security landscape, with a focus on aligned vendors.
  • Provide consistently accurate and relevant technical information to be a trusted advisor to both partners and other teams within Arrow.
  • Maintain and grow key customer and partner relationships.
  • Support Arrow's strategic goals, on a divisional scale.
  • Focus on technical needs of emerging, or underpenetrated prospects, understanding all of Arrow's solutions and matching those solutions to customer business needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Technical IT background/experience.
  • Experience in network and security.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
