Account Manager Position

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise clients, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop new solutions and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within client accounts.
  2. Develop and implement new solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and regular communication.
  4. Support RFPs and RFIs by developing compelling proposals and participating in RFP interviews.
  5. Optimize client interactions using established playbooks and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Business, marketing, or related field degree required.
  • 2-5 years of account management experience.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries.
  • CRM and project management tool proficiency.
  • Client-focused with a passion for excellent service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Monday-Friday availability.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
