Job Summary:

Shaneel Enterprises Ltd is a dynamic and growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry, operating several well-known brands. We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to provide accounts administration support to our Accounts & Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the team and its facilities.
  • Assist with accounts administration tasks, including updating sales ledger information, reconciling books, and opening customer accounts.
  • Apply for credit and ensure insurance is in place as required.
  • Produce high-quality documents, such as letters, databases, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, using MS Office applications.
  • Check bank statements, declare payments, update the Cash Book, enter payments, allocation, and reconciliation.
  • Provide cover for team members during periods of annual leave.

Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs or NVQ/AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • IT literate and able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Basic accountancy knowledge.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with a good command of English, ensuring accuracy at all times.
