Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers within our Essex office. As a Financial Administrator, you will work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors to prepare suitability reports, manage the LOA end-to-end process, maintain client contact, and deal with all client tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product research as part of your role
  • Work across the whole of the market
  • Prepare and arrange documentation for Advisors
  • Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks

Requirements:

  • 18 months + experience of working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
