Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers within our Essex office. As a Financial Administrator, you will work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors to prepare suitability reports, manage the LOA end-to-end process, maintain client contact, and deal with all client tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with product research as part of your role
- Work across the whole of the market
- Prepare and arrange documentation for Advisors
- Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks
Requirements:
- 18 months + experience of working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
