Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Scheduling & Planning Manager, including document control, aftersales administrative support, and data entry.
- Process shop floor orders and invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Support the Projects Team with administrative tasks, including timesheet tracking and client purchase order management.
- Assist with data entry for Test & Termination schedules.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in an office environment or a school leaver looking to start their career.
- Proficient computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
