About the RoleAs a Leisure Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and delivering high standards of performance. You will work closely with the General Manager, chair staff meetings, conduct staff appraisals, and maintain a positive morale within the centre.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain health and safety standards, including overseeing daily maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve performance targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a leisure environment and management experience.
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
