We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Prezzo team in East Grinstead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
About the RoleAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Managing inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
