About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Prezzo team at East Grinstead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve restaurant performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
