Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Prezzo team in East Grinstead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
