About the Role

Kingswood Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and coordinating HR projects.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information and support.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing support to new employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and communications.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
