Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to join our Secretary Office team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our secretaries, supervisor, and other department teams to achieve our tight targets.

Main Duties of the Job

The role involves general office duties, including telephone calls, distributing answerphone messages, collecting outgoing post, managing generic email addresses, and distributing messages to the correct person. You will also be responsible for forwarding radiology reports to clinicians via email and chasing outcomes/feedback. Additionally, you will check and process clinic letters via our digital dictation or voice recognition systems, requiring attention to detail.
