Care Support Worker

Care Assistants play a vital role at City & County Healthcare Group, transforming lives in their own homes. Our team provides individualized care and support to our clients, helping them live safely and independently.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant. You will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include supporting clients with personal care, assisting with medication, and providing companionship.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £13.80 per hour (Monday - Friday), £14.00 per hour (Saturday) and £14.30 per hour (Sunday). In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. While prior social care experience is not necessary, you will need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge in this field.
