About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring compassion, resilience, and effective communication skills. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with personal care, managing medication, and providing companionship.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is £13.80 per hour (Monday - Friday), £14.00 per hour (Saturday) and £14.30 per hour (Sunday). In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
