About the Job

As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life. You will also work as part of a team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy when working with clients
