About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Inclusive Learning Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in achieving their full potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting students with their learning, providing emotional support, and promoting inclusive practices within the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized plans that cater to each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote inclusive practices
  • Support students in developing their social and emotional skills


Requirements:
A relevant qualification in special education or a related field, such as a degree in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary: £28,500 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
