**Job Title:** Learning and Development Professional

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team at a primary school in Morden, Merton borough of London. As part of our EYFS setting, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children.

As a Learning and Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of early years students.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing targeted support to children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Building strong relationships with students and promoting their social, mental and emotional development.

**About You:**

  • You have extensive experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
  • You possess a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • You share our commitment to providing children with a safe and supportive learning environment.
