Learning Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused ALS Support Coordinator to join our team. As an ALS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our learning support services.
About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include auditing learner ALS support and financial activities, updating the Inclusive Learning Support database, and managing related quality audit processes. You will also be responsible for facilitating the effective management of sensitive learner information, monitoring and updating departmental inboxes, and coordinating the collection and collation of large quantities of data.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be educated to GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You should have experience working with centrally established computerised systems, proven ability to organise and manage data, and skills in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing. Additionally, you must be comfortable handling a high volume of work and able to record budgets effectively and responsibly.
